To successfully integrate your Amazon DSP account with Daton, ensure you have:

• A Manager Account on Amazon Ads
• Proper Advertiser ID permissions linked to your Manager Account
   

Create a Manager Account

A Manager Account allows you to access reporting and data across multiple Amazon DSP advertisers. Follow these steps to create one:

1. Log in to your Amazon Ads account.
2. Click on your Account Name in the top-right corner.
3. Select Create a Manager Account.
4. Fill in the required details:
   1. Account Name: Choose a name for your Manager Account.
   2. Account Type
   3. Link an Advertiser ID: Provide the Advertiser ID you want to access via Daton.
   4. Advertiser ID Permission  

5. Click Create manager account.
6. An access request will be sent to the Advertiser Admin. Ensure they approve it. 
 

How to Verify Manager Account Access to an Advertiser ID?

To confirm whether your Manager Account has access to a specific Advertiser ID:

1. Log in to your Amazon Ads Manager Account.
2. Select the Manager Account you want to check.
3. From the left-hand panel, navigate to Administration.
4. Click on Account Access & Settings.
5. Open the Accounts tab.

Here, you can view all advertiser accounts linked to your Manager Account and the type of access you hold.
 

Selecting the Appropriate Permission in Daton

When setting up the Amazon DSP connector in Daton, ensure you select the appropriate Account Permission based on your access level:

• If you have Admin access, select Admin.
• If you have ADSP access, select ADSP.
