Note for Saras team members' access on the Shared Slack Channel

The Slack–iQ connection must be completed in the client’s own Slack workspace by someone from the client side.

Once connected, the client can add the iQ agent to the shared Slack channel with their Saras team, allowing Saras team members to also use iQ on the mutual channel, if needed.

Installing iQ on your Slack Workspace

1. Go to the Settings section in your iQ workspace>> Navigate to Integrations.
2. Locate the Slack Integration for iQ Data Analyst and click Connect.

4. When your Slack admin opens this link, they will see an option to approve IQ in Slack.

 5. The Slack admin must review the requested permissions and click Allow to authorize IQ for the workspace.

Once they allow access, the Slack–IQ setup is completed.
