The product experience varies depending on the options selected during onboarding.

For brands: We follow a three-tier structure — dashboards are organized under features, and features are grouped by use cases.

For agencies: We follow a two-tier structure — dashboards are organized under categorized under dashboard categories like sales, marketing, etc.

This document provides an overview of the product experience for agencies.


Pulse has 3 key-modules: Sources, Destination, and Dashboards

Sources

Sources are external platforms that generate and store your business data, such as Amazon Selling Partner, Shopify, and Google Ads. Our system integrates with these sources to extract raw data, which is then transformed and analyzed to power reporting and insights.

To populate your dashboards, you must first connect the relevant sources.

The screenshot below shows the currently supported sources. This catalog is continuously expanding as new integrations are added. If a required source is not listed, please contact us — we can assist in connecting related sources through Daton and ensure your dashboards remain fully powered. 

Destination 

A data warehouse is where processed data is stored after it has been transformed.

  • Trial and Growth plan users: Data is securely stored in a BigQuery warehouse managed by Saras.
  • Enterprise users: Have the flexibility to store their data in a warehouse of their choice.

Dashboard 

Dashboards consolidates and displays data from various sources in a unified, easy-to-understand format, providing a comprehensive view of key metrics and insights at a glance.
