Overview

iQ now delivers a board-ready Weekly Business Review (WBR) straight to your inbox — no dashboards to assemble, no queries to write, and no analyst to brief. Schedule it once from iQ's Reports module and it arrives automatically every Monday morning, or on whatever cadence you choose.

The WBR covers revenue, advertising, product performance, customer health, and inventory in a single document, with AI-generated narratives and trend comparisons built entirely from your own business data.

Who is this for?

  • CXOs & executive teams — get a Monday-morning read that's ready before the week starts, so decisions aren't waiting on someone to pull and interpret numbers first.
  • Business users & brand managers — get a single structured report covering revenue, advertising, inventory, and customer health across every channel (Amazon, DTC, Wholesale), without writing a query.

What's new

The Reports module & Template Library

A new Reports section in the iQ navigation gives you a place to discover, preview, and schedule structured business reports. In this first release, the Template Library contains one template: the Weekly Business Review. Additional templates may be added in future releases.

What the Weekly Business Review covers

The WBR is a single report built around six business domains:

  • Revenue Breakdown — total revenue, AOV, and orders, split by channel (Amazon US/International, DTC, Wholesale), compared week-over-week and year-over-year
  • Product & SKU Performance — revenue by SKU shown alongside live inventory counts
  • Advertising Performance — spend, ROAS, ACoS, and TACoS across every platform (Amazon Sponsored Ads, DSP, Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube)
  • Customer Intelligence — new vs. returning customer orders, revenue, and AOV
  • Inventory & Operations — SKUs below 4 weeks of supply, and inventory aged over 90 days

Previewing before you schedule

From the Template Library, select the preview option on the Weekly Business Review template to see a full sample: the report structure, the metrics included, and the type of narrative and recommendations it produces. Previewing a sample doesn't use any iQ credits.

Sending and scheduling

  • Send Now — generate the report on demand and have it emailed immediately, so you can validate it before scheduling.
  • Schedule — once you're happy with the output, set up recurring delivery on your preferred cadence.

You can send the report to colleagues who don't have an iQ account — just add their email as a recipient when scheduling; they'll receive it by email with you cc'd.

Access & permissions

  • The Report template currently focuses on US data; some tables include international figures, but the report isn't built for a fully non-US business yet.
  • Scheduling or running a report isn't tied to iQ credits — it's billed as an add-on.
  • You can't yet view or manage reports you've already scheduled from within iQ — that's coming in a future release.

FAQs

What is the Reports module, and what's available right now?
Reports is a new section in iQ where you can discover, preview, and schedule structured business reports. Right now the Template Library contains the Weekly Business Review only.

Can I customize the report?
Not in this release. You can download the preview and ask Claude to build a skill that pulls the report via the iQ MCP, then customize that skill.

Will this work outside the US?
The template is US-focused. It won't produce a useful report for a business based entirely outside the US.

Does scheduling or sending a report use my iQ credits?
No — reports are billed as add-ons, not against your credits.

Can I send it to people without an iQ account?
Yes — add their email as a recipient when scheduling. They'll get the report by email with you cc'd.

Can I see or manage the reports I've scheduled?
Not yet in this release. A future update will let you view your scheduled reports, see send history, pause them, or change basic settings.
