This documentation outlines the steps to generate a report from your Klaviyo account, enabling us to validate your Klaviyo data against the data on your Pulse dashboard.

You need to generate and share the following reports: 

• Campaign Performance
• Flow Performance

Steps to follow

Campaign Performance Report

1. Go to www.klaviyo.com and log in.

2.  Click on "Analytics" in the menu on the left, then click on "Custom Reports".

3. Click “Create from Scratch”.

4. From the "Report Type" dropdown, select “Campaign Performance Report". Then provide a report name.

5. Make sure all Standard Campaign Metrics are selected as shown in the image.

6. Under "Group by," check "Campaign."

7. Choose the desired time frame.

8. Save and export the report.

Flow Performance Report

9. From the "Report Type" dropdown, select “Flow Performance Report". Then provide a report name.

10. Make sure all Standard Campaign Metrics are selected as shown in the image.

11. Click on “Add group by” to group by flows. 

12. Choose the desired time frame.

13. Save and export the report.
