Covers financial activity for a settlement cycle (typically 14 days)

1. How far back can Daton request settlement data?

Settlement report history supported by Amazon SP-API is up to 90 days.
Daton cannot pull data older than 90 days unless Amazon includes it themselves in the latest report.

2. How often does Amazon generate settlement reports?

Amazon typically generates a new settlement report every 14 days.

3. Are settlement reports marketplace-wise or region-wise?

Settlement reports are region-wise, not marketplace-wise.

4. Why is settlement data sometimes delayed or updated late?

Amazon occasionally updates settlement data for older periods (sometimes up to 120 days later).
Daton can only ingest data when Amazon publishes it - we cannot force earlier availability.

5. What is Periodic Attribution?

Periodic Attribution re-requests settlement data for a configurable historical window (up to 90 days), allowing system to capture any delayed updates that Amazon publishes late.

6. Is Periodic Attribution enabled by default?

No - it is off by default. Periodic Attribution is optional and enabled only when users request it.

7. What configuration options are available?

Users can choose:
Days → how many days back to look (1–90)
Frequency → how often to re-run the lookback
AttributionEnabled → turned on only when requested

Users simply contact support@sarasanalytics.com with their preferred Days and Frequency, and we will enable the configuration for their integration.
