🛠️Fixes

Improved Data Accuracy for Klaviyo Connector

What was the issue

Some Klaviyo data occasionally didn’t appear in the API response, causing data gaps.

What we fixed

We've added safeguards to ensure all data is captured reliably by systematically retrying the API calls.

Why this matters

Your Klaviyo data is now more complete and accurate, and there should be no missing data in the events tables.

Do you need to do anything?

No action required. If you notice missing data, contact support for a one-time rollback.

Amazon Selling Partner - Belgium Issue Marketplace Integration Creation

What was the issue

Creating new Amazon Selling Partner integrations for the Belgium marketplace failed due to an incorrect endpoint configuration.

What we fixed

The integration now uses the correct Belgium marketplace endpoint, ensuring new integrations are created successfully without errors.

Why this matters

You can now access Belgium marketplace data reliably, ensuring accurate insights to monitor performance, spot trends, and make informed decisions for growth.

Do you need to do anything?

No action required.

TikTok Shop: Orders/Order Statement Transactions Table Data Inaccuracy

What was the issue

Fixed data accuracy issues in the TikTok Shop Orders API, where not all records were being sent by TikTok in paginated API calls, resulting in incomplete data in the Orders and Order Statement Transactions tables.

What we fixed

Previously, when calling the API with a page size of 100, only 50 records were sometimes extracted from a page, causing subsequent pages to be misaligned. The update adds further checks to verify that the number of records returned matches the expected page size. If the response contains fewer records than expected, the system retries the API call to ensure all records are retrieved before moving to the next page.

Why this matters

Eliminates data gaps caused by incomplete paginated responses and improves reliability.

No action required

Neon Pixel Connector Integrations Failure

What was the issue

The Neon Pixel connector was failing to sync data across all tables, resulting in incomplete datasets and disrupted data pipelines.

What we fixed

Although the connector was marked as “auto recoverable,” it wasn’t successfully recovering from failures. We have fixed the underlying issue and enhanced the connector logic to ensure stable and consistent performance. Additional monitoring has also been implemented to detect and prevent similar problems in the future proactively.

Why this matters

With this fix, the Neon Pixel connector now synchronizes data reliably across all tables. Users can expect accurate, up-to-date datasets without interruptions, reducing manual effort and increasing confidence in the data pipeline’s stability.

Do you need to do anything?

No action is required. The fix has been automatically applied, and data synchronization will continue smoothly

🚀Enhancements

What we improved

We’ve upgraded our Google Ads connector to API version v19, ensuring compatibility with the latest Google Ads APIs and continued support for future updates.

How it works

This upgrade replaces the older v18 API with v19, introducing new reporting dimensions and metrics while deprecating feed-related resources (such as Feed, FeedMapping, and AdGroupFeed).
All feed functionalities have now transitioned to asset-based fields, aligning with Google’s latest approach for managing creatives and assets.

Why this matters

You now have access to the latest Google Ads reporting capabilities. This upgrade ensures stability, prevents deprecation-related disruptions, and keeps your integrations aligned with Google’s evolving API structure.

What you need to do

  • No re-authorization or re-sync is required.
  • If you use any deprecated feed fields in custom queries or downstream transformations, update them to use the corresponding asset-based fields.

For more details, refer to the official Google Ads v19 release notes.

TikTok Shop: Introducing Authorized Shop Table in the US and Mexico Marketplaces

What we improved

This update introduces a new table that captures the list of TikTok shops a seller has authorized for the app in both the US and Mexico marketplaces. For details on the table schema, please refer to the documentation here.

How it works

Table pulls shop details directly from the TikTok Shop API for all authorized shops of a seller. Each record includes the brand name, shop code, country details, and the source integration ID, along with a timestamp for the last update.

Why this matters

Provides visibility into all authorized shops for a seller in supported marketplaces.

What you need to do

Users will need to edit their TikTok Shop integration to the table. No further action is required once the table is added.

Fulfil Connector Migration – New Tables Added

What we improved

The Fulfil connector now includes the following new tables:
Product_Tax_Code, Inventory_All_Quantities, Users, Product_Warehouse_Location, Purchase_Line, Stock_Inventory_Line, Supplier_Return_Shipment, Stock_Shipment_Out

How it works

All existing tables have been upgraded, and new tables have been added to support improved reporting and analytics.

Why this matters

You’ll benefit from more reliable data, access to new tables for deeper insights, and a smoother, more stable reporting experience.

What you need to do

No action required

✨New Features

Amazon Selling Partner – Added Support for Amazon Ireland (IE) Marketplace

What’s new

Our Amazon Selling Partner connector now supports the Amazon Ireland (IE) marketplace, expanding your integration options within the Europe region.

How it works

The connector has been updated to handle Ireland-specific endpoints and data, ensuring smooth data flow and accurate information retrieval.

Why this matters

You can now manage your operations seamlessly on the Amazon Ireland marketplace, enabling expanded reach, increased sales potential, and a smooth onboarding experience for your Irish operations.

What you need to do

No action required — Amazon Ireland (IE) is now available when configuring your Amazon Selling Partner connection.

Amazon Selling Partner and Vendor Central: Recover Data

What’s new

This feature allows users to quickly address data gaps or mismatches in the Amazon SP and VC report tables. Previously, missing or incomplete data caused by failed or cancelled API responses required users to contact the Daton team to investigate the issue and re-fetch historical data. Recover Data offers a self-service solution to re-fetch report data for any selected date range, up to 45 days, thereby improving data accuracy and reducing operational risk.

How it works

From the Daton UI, users can select a start and end date (within the last 45 days) for a specific Amazon SP or VC report table. Once submitted, Daton re-triggers the report fetch process for that date range and recovers the missing data into the table. This ensures that historical updates or gaps in Amazon reports are seamlessly recovered without requiring backend intervention.

Why this matters

Empowers users to fix data gaps and mismatches on demand.
Reduces dependency on support teams for backfill requests.
Provides flexibility to recover only the impacted date ranges.

What you need to do

1. Open your integration and navigate to the affected table.
2. Click on the table settings icon, then select Recover Data.
3. Enter the Start Date and End Date dates for the range you want to recover.
4. Click  Recover Data to fetch the data.
