Orders

This table contains customer purchase and fulfillment information from the Order Protection platform. Each record represents an order event originating from Shopify and includes internal and Shopify order identifiers, order numbers, customer details, timestamps, delivery addresses, purchased products, and SKU information.

The table also captures fulfillment and shipment data such as carrier details, tracking numbers, dispatch and delivery milestones, and split-shipment scenarios across carriers including FedEx, UPS, Canada Post, Canpar, and Fleet Optics. Additionally, it includes policy associations for order protection coverage, store and sales channel segmentation, and system audit metadata such as soft-delete flags, processing timestamps, and incremental sync tracking used for reliable data extraction and historical record management.

Claims

This table stores customer dispute and claim information related to protected orders in the Order Protection platform. Each record represents a claim filed against an order and includes references to the original order, customer details, claim type, claim status, filing source, and customer-provided descriptions. It also captures claim resolution details such as closure timestamps, resolution duration, policy references, fraud or automation indicators, category and sales channel data, and audit metadata including soft-delete flags and processing timestamps. The table supports complete tracking of a claim’s lifecycle from submission through final resolution and enables reliable historical reporting and incremental synchronization.
