What are the report statuses in Amazon Ads?
Daton’s Amazon Ads reports go through multiple stages before they are loaded into your warehouse. The table below describes each status and what it means for your data.
| STATUS | WHAT IT MEANS |
| COMPLETED | Report has been fully processed by Amazon and data has been successfully downloaded and loaded into your destination warehouse. |
| PENDING | Report has been requested from the Amazon Ads API and is currently being generated. Amazon is actively processing this report. |
| IN_QUEUE | Date range for this report is waiting to be submitted to the Amazon Ads API. A report request has not yet been created for this time period |
| FAILED | Report could not be generated. This may happen when the Amazon Ads API returns an error, the report times out (stuck for more than 240 minutes), or Amazon marks the report is expired. |
Where can I find my report status?
For Amazon Ads (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Display, and Sponsored Brands), each report table job includes a “Report Status” section.
In this section, you can view all reports created by Daton, along with:
- Report ID
- Report date range
- Current status
