Integrate Gladly with Daton
- Sign in to Daton
- Select Gladly from the integrations page
- Provide Integration Name Replication Frequency and History. The integration name would be used in creating tables for the integration and cannot be changed later
- Provide your Gladly organization name, login email, API Token to authorize Daton to periodically extract data from Gladly.
- Post successful authentication you will be prompted to choose from the list of available tables
NOTE: Conversation and Customer table is dependent on ContactExportReport. Hence, it is necessary to select ContactExportReport table if Customers or Conversations table are selected.
- Then select all required fields for each table
- Submit the integration
