🛠️Fixes

Google ads invalid metrics in tables

What was the issue
We’ve removed certain Google Ads metrics from the connector that were previously causing errors, as these metrics are only accessible within the Google Ads UI and not via the API.

What we fixed
These metrics are no longer included in the data pulled by Daton for new integrations. Existing integrations with these fields have been updated after client notification to prevent errors.

Why this matters
This ensures your Google Ads data syncs smoothly without delays caused by inaccessible fields, providing more reliable reporting and uninterrupted workflow.

Do you need to do anything?
No action is required on your part. All new integrations automatically exclude these fields, and existing integrations have been updated to prevent errors.

TikTok Shop: Missing Data in Statement_Transactions Table

What was the issue
We found missing data in the Statement_Transactions table for TikTok Shop. This issue occurred because additional pages of transaction data were not being fetched.

What we fixed
We corrected an internal configuration related to pagination handling in the Transactions API. The system now correctly retrieves all pages of data, ensuring full data coverage.

Why this matters
You will now see complete transaction details in the Statement_Transactions table—resulting in more accurate financial reporting and reconciliation.

Do you need to do anything?
If the Statement_Transactions table was added before October 6, 2025:
Please open the integration, complete the Edit flow, and save the settings. After that, reload the Statement_Transactions table to get complete historical data.

If the table was added on or after October 6, 2025:
No action is needed. Your table already has the latest configuration.

Amazon Selling Partner: SalesAndTrafficReportByChildASIN Data Availability Issue

What was the issue
A temporary data availability problem affected the SalesAndTrafficReportByChildASIN report in the Amazon Selling Partner connector. Data from October 19, 2025 was delayed by 4 days due to an issue on Amazon’s side.

What we fixed
The underlying issue on Amazon’s end has been resolved, and the report is now loading data as expected.

Why this matters
Only NA region integrations were affected. No data was lost; it was temporarily unavailable. Data synchronization has resumed, and all reports are functioning normally.

Do you need to do anything?
No action required.

🚀Enhancements

Improved UI Responsiveness

What we improved
Users experienced noticeable slowness in the UI, especially during heavy data queries or high activity periods. This affected navigation speed and overall productivity.

How it works
We optimized multiple query execution paths, refined resource utilization, and improved data loading efficiency. These changes reduce processing overhead and enhance the responsiveness of the interface.

Why this matters
The UI now performs faster and more smoothly, allowing users to interact with data and navigate the platform without delays. This results in a more reliable and efficient overall experience.

What you need to do
No action needed. The improvements are live. We welcome your feedback on recent UI performance to help us continue refining the system.

FreshDesk V2 New Table: Ticket_Conversations

What we improved
We have added the Ticket Conversations table to the Freshdesk connector. This allows you to sync the full message history for every support ticket into your data warehouse. Click here to view the table schema.

How it works
Ticket Conversations table retrieves all:

  • Public replies from customers and agents
  • Private notes added by internal teams
  • Author details
  • Message timestamps
  • Attachments metadata

Why this matters

This gives you deeper insights into how tickets are handled, enabling:

  • End-to-end visibility into customer-agent interactions
  • Better measurement of response quality and collaboration patterns
  • Improved support analytics — first response time, communication volume per ticket, etc.

What you need to do
The new tables are available under the FreshDesk V2 connector in Daton. Add them to your integration to start using the data.

Xero New Tables: Journals & Manual Journals

What we improved
We have added two new Xero tables — Journals and Manual Journals. These tables expand the financial reporting and reconciliation capabilities available through your Xero data. Click here to view the table schemas.

How it works
These tables bring financial journal entries through Xero APIs:

  • Journals table syncs journal entries automatically created from day-to-day business transactions
  • Manual Journals table syncs journals that are manually entered for adjustments, accruals, corrections, etc.

Why this matters
You can now get deeper accounting visibility, enabling:

  • Accurate financial reconciliation down to the ledger posting level
  • Insight into all adjustments (automated + manual) affecting balances

What you need to do
The new tables are available under the Xero connector in Daton. Add them to your integration to start using the data.

Shopify – Discount Data Tables

What we improved
We’ve added three new tables — manual_discounts, manual_discount_codes, and automatic_discounts — to capture detailed discount and promotion data from Shopify.

How it works
These tables retrieve discount information through Shopify’s APIs:

  • manual_discounts logs one-time or custom discounts created manually.
  • manual_discount_codes stores all generated discount codes, along with their usage and performance details.
  • automatic_discounts tracks rule-based or scheduled discounts applied automatically.

Why this matters
You can now analyze discounts more effectively — track code performance, understand promotional impact on sales, and optimize pricing strategies. This gives deeper visibility into how discounts drive customer engagement and revenue.

What you need to do
The new tables are available under the Shopify connector in Daton. Add them to your integration to start using the data.

Shopify – Price List Data Tables

What we improved
We’ve added two new tables — price_lists and price_list_prices — to provide complete visibility into Shopify’s price list configurations and product-level pricing details.

How it works
These tables fetch data using Shopify’s GraphQL API:

  • price_lists captures each price list’s ID, name, currency, catalog details (title, status), and parent adjustments (type, value). This helps you understand the structure and hierarchy of price lists.
  • price_list_prices records product variant–level prices, including base price, compare-at price, origin type, and quantity-based price breaks. It also includes product and variant identifiers, as well as titles, for clear mapping.

Why this matters
You can now analyze pricing strategies across catalogs, currencies, and customer segments. This data helps monitor localized pricing, compare standard vs. discounted rates, and optimize catalog-level adjustments — all from within your data pipeline.

What you need to do
The new tables are available under the Shopify connector in Daton. Add them to your integration to start leveraging detailed pricing insights.

Facebook Ads Connector: Extended Lookback Windows

What we improved
We’ve added 45-day, 60-day, and 90-day lookback windows for the Facebook Ads connector in Daton, expanding beyond the previous 30-day limit.

How it works
The lookback window determines how many past days of Facebook Ads data Daton fetches during its daily jobs. For example, with a 45-day window, Daton retrieves the last 45 days of data, capturing updates such as delayed attributions, offline conversions, and post-campaign adjustments. You can configure the desired window under your integration settings in the Daton UI.(Refer to our docs for more information - link)

Why this matters
Larger lookback windows ensure your Facebook Ads data in Daton remains complete, accurate, and up-to-date. This reduces attribution mismatches, avoids re-runs, and helps maintain reliable reporting for your campaigns.

What you need to do
No immediate action is required. However, we recommend reviewing your data in Ad Insights and Ad Insights Breakdown tables to ensure alignment with Facebook UI. If you notice any discrepancies or require assistance with adjusting settings, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Amazon Selling Partner: New Fields Added to CatalogItemsSummary Table

What we improved
We’ve enhanced the Amazon Selling Partner connector for the CatalogItemsSummary table. The update incorporates new SP-API fields introduced by Amazon, providing improved catalog visibility and aligning your integration with the latest data model.

New columns added
browseClassification
itemClassification
memorabilia
partNumber
tradeInEligible
websiteDisplayGroup
websiteDisplayGroupName
adultProduct
autographed

How it works
The following renamed columns — brandName, colorName, styleName, sizeName — are mapped at the code level, so existing integrations remain unaffected. Data will populate these updated columns automatically.

Within the CatalogItems table, under the summaries field, the following nested columns are available but not yet included in your integrations:

summaries.tradeInEligible
summaries.memorabilia
summaries.adultProduct
summaries.autographed

To include these nested fields, contact @support to have them enabled.

Why this matters
The enhancement expands product catalog data coverage with new SP-API fields. Existing integrations continue to run without disruption or failure. Future data captures these newly introduced attributes, enabling more accurate reporting and enhanced insights.

What you need to do
No action is required; your current integrations will continue to run normally.

Amazon Selling Partner: New Fields Added to FBAStorageFeesReport Table

What we improved
New columns have been added to the FBAStorageFeesReport table in the Amazon Selling Partner connector. This update aligns with Amazon’s latest SP-API changes, providing enhanced tracking and analysis of FBA storage fees.

New columns added
avg_qty_for_sus
est_vol_for_sus
est_base_msf
est_sus

How it works
Amazon’s SP-API introduced new fields for FBA storage fees, which are now available at the table level. These columns are integrated into all active and new integrations, functioning automatically without issues.

Why this matters
The new columns provide more granular data and improved visibility for FBA storage fee reporting. Existing workflows and reports remain unaffected, ensuring seamless continuity.

What you need to do
Existing Integrations: No action required. Data will populate automatically, and the columns can be used in reports immediately.
New Integrations: No changes needed. The new columns will be included automatically during setup.
