This documentation outlines the steps to generate a report from your Shopify account, enabling us to validate your Shopify data against the data on your Pulse dashboard.

Steps to follow

1. Log in to your Shopify account.

2. Click on the "Analytics" tab on the left-hand side and select “Reports.”

4. Click “Create custom report.”

5. Provide a report name and Choose "Sales over time" as the report template.

6. Click “Create custom report.”

7. Select the desired date range.

8. Click the button on the right side under the graph and above the column names. 

9. Search and Select the following metrics:

• Orders
• Gross sales
• Discounts
• Returns
• Net sales
• Shipping
• Duties
• Additional fees
• Tax
• Total sales

10. Save and export the report.
