If your Amazon Vendor Central integration has lost authorization, follow the steps below to reconnect it and resume data syncing.

Note: Re-authentication is typically required when Daton's authorization to access your Amazon Vendor Central account has expired, been revoked, or when the account used for authorization no longer has access to the required vendor account(s).

Before you begin: Ensure you sign in with the Amazon account that has access to the required Vendor Central account(s). If you are using a non-primary account, make sure it has the required permissions to authorize Daton.

Step-by-Step Process

  • Log in to Daton.
  • Go to Sources.
  • Locate the Amazon Vendor Central integration.
  • Click Re-authenticate in the top-right corner of the Daton UI.
  • Click Continue. You will be redirected to Amazon Vendor Central.
  • Sign in with the Amazon account that has access to the required Vendor Central account(s), review the requested permissions, and authorize Daton.
  • After authorization, you will be redirected back to Daton. The integration status should display as Active.

What to Expect After Re-authentication

  • The integration status changes to Active.
  • The next scheduled sync may take a few minutes to start.
  • Existing historical data remains unaffected.
  • Authentication-related sync failures are resolved.
